S7 Software offers a five phase product maintenance methodology perfected through years of experience in maintaining products such as WindU for Bristol Technologies (currently for HP), HyperHelp, X-Printer… Being experts in maintaining legacy applications on multiple platforms, we help our customers to focus on their core business/technology and ensure maintenance of their legacy software on other multiple technologies/platforms.
Phase 1 - Assessment - Collect customer requirements and produce detailed proposal.
Phase 2 – Initiation - Transfer Plan, execution plan, training plan, communication protocol, change management plan and definition of change control board.
Phase 3 – Knowledge Transfer - Execute service requests in a simulated to-be environment, detailed work breakdown structure of existing service requests, detailed interactive processes, and definition of detailed deliverables for secure state and start maintenance and enhancements.
Phase 4 – Takeover - First set of service requests delivered, finalized SLA, assess S7 Software readiness finalized transition of client personnel and finalized networking.
Phase 5 – Secure State - Maintenance activities performed at the agreed service levels, SLA reporting, project management, user training and management presentations.
